What the BLM is proposing

Oil & Gas

Koda Resources Operating LLC (Koda) has submitted an Application for Permit to Drill (APD) to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), North Dakota Field Office (NDFO) for a federal oil and gas well. The proposed well would be drilled from a proposed well pad named Ale 23 that is located on a native prairie on private (fee) land underlain by fee minerals. The new well pad is located approximately thirteen miles northwest of Grenora, ND.
