White Rock Oil & Gas LLC (White Rock) has submitted two Applications for Permit to Drill (APDs) to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), North Dakota Field Office (NDFO). The wells would be drilled from a new well pad named Mead Federal located on privately owned (fee) surface underlain by fee minerals approximately five miles northwest of Grassy Butte, North Dakota.
