GRC Nevada Inc. (GRCN) proposes to conduct phased exploration and other surface disturbing activities for data collection to assess mineral development potential within the 3,384-acre Project Area located in Mineral County, Nevada. GRCN proposes to expand its current mineral exploration beyond the five‐acre limit of disturbance. The geology or mineralization found will result in the locations of pre-feasibility activities. This flexibility is necessary to evaluate the Project as the geological understanding and mineral targets evolve over time. The Project is in all or parts of Sections 1 through 3, 11, and 12, Township 5 North, Range 34 East (T5N, R34E), and Sections 22 through 24, 27 and 28, and 33 through 36, (T6N, R34E), Mount Diablo Base and Meridian (MDB&M).
