What the Forest Service is proposing

Fuels management

The Manti-La Sal National Forest is proposing to use a landscape-scale prescribed fire approach to reduce the risk of uncharacteristic wildfires, increase resilience of existing vegetation groups, and improve ecological function in native vegetation communities and wildlife habitat.

You don't need to be an expert. Fill in what you can — the letter builds itself as you type, in your own words. When it reads true, copy it and submit.

A hunter, angler, neighbor, packer, business owner…

What ties you to this place?

Say it plainly, in your own words.

The thing you'd hate to see lost.
